This is the website of the European Proteomics Association (EuPA).

EuPA is the federation of European national proteomics societies. It has been established to coordinate and integrate national initiatives within the proteomics field. The main objectives are to strengthen and promote fundamental research and applications, as well as education and training in all areas of proteomics throughout Europe. EuPA is a non-profit organisation.

• November 12-16: Chromatography-based Proteomics - Madrid, Spain
• December  10-14:  Mass Spectrometry for Proteomics - Lund, Sweden

Course Objectives
In accordance with the HUPO/EuPA guidelines, we aim to

• Provide a theoretical basis to help students understand modern proteomics techniques
• To illustrate how the techniques are being applied in modern proteomics studies
• To help students to design their own experiments
• To provide practical instruction in laboratory techniques
• To provide extensive tutorial/discussion sessions
